USA IMPORT UPDATE for Chinese and Hong Kong Originating goods:
De Minimis loophole is closing on all goods that are made in China or Hong Kong under $800 at midnight on May 2nd, 2025.
Imported goods with an Origin of China or Hong Kong - regardless of value - that would otherwise qualify for the de minimis exemption will now be subject to full declared value reporting and applicable duties, in accordance with updated entry and payment procedures.
Applies to all shipments from China sent via postal and commercial carriers. Brands may need to provide licenses, certification, importer SSN, and origin of proof which PoleJunkie will comply with.
All shipments will also be subject to a duty rate based on their declared value, ranging between 35% and 145% or more.
An additional fee of $100 per shipment will apply to all items at or under $800. This fee is set to increase to $200 per shipment on June 1st, 2025.

Dispatch Information:
- The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, orders shipped with DPD Classic will be return to us and you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee. Orders shipped with DHL will incur a £7.00 "Change of Address" fee and this will delay your delivery.
Public Holidays
We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a UK public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note, before placing an order it is the customer's responsibility to check that any products ordered from www.polejunkie.co.uk comply with state and federal government import regulations. The USA Duty Threshold is $800 - If your order value is less than this you shouldn’t have to pay duty.
