SS25 Colour Trends
This seasons colour trends – PJ style!
When you hear “spring shades,” you probably picture the usual pastel suspects - soft cotton blues, bubblegum pinks, canary yellows. And sure, those are still floating around. But one thing’s for certain, the spring 2025 palette is anything but soft, it packs a punch!
This year, our favourite polewear brands have fully entered their colour POP era and we’re absolutely living for it. Think hot retro clashes, eye-popping brights, and fresh spins on the pink classics (hello, Barbie’s soft-spoken sister Cotton Pink).
Now, don’t get us wrong - we love a sleek all-black moment as much as the next dancer. But this season? We’re shelving the darks (for now) and soaking up a rainbow of whimsical, vibrant, and daisy fresh hues. So, what’s hot this spring? We’ve got the inside scoop on all the shades dominating the pole studios this season, and trust us, you’re going to want a taste.
Tangerine Dream
Fresh, juicy and bursting with flavour!
Fresh, juicy and bursting with flavour, clementines and neon yellows are having their moment in the sun and you’ll find Hella Heels are already ahead of the game. Take your citrus-chic one step further with the Hella Heels Glitterati Boots in Tangerine Dream. This luxurious glitter sealed sheen is so refreshing and with their decadent gold undertones, these heels add that extra zest to an already poppin’ colour!
Cotton/baby Pinks
No-one puts baby pink in the corner!
Soft pink may seem the obvious choice for a spring palette but there’s a reason this ballerina beaut crops up year after year. It’s barely-there, minimalist look is so versatile for designers to play and have fun with. You’ll find our brands adding reflective elements like sequins and satin to take this springtime staple up a notch. Pair it with a touch of mocha mousse for an unexpectedly cool colour combination. Word on the runway is, pink and brown totally belong together and after styling our Rolling Poison Baby sequins with Nona Perkasa Hotline Mocha Garter, we’re inclined to agree.
Mocha Mousse
We know what you’re thinking - brown?!! Isn’t that a bit understated?
Lavender
Light, lush and lovely on the eyes, it’s time to wake up and smell the lavender!
For this fragrant shade, we’re putting the spotlight on FANNA, the brand known for their vibrant colours and seamless designs. Not only does the fan favourite X Set offer flexibility, flair and an ultra flattering cut, it’s made with environmentally friendly fabrics such as ECONYL® and GOTS® certified Organic Cotton. If this is what Taylor Swift meant by Lavender Haze, we’re happy to stay lost in it.
Wine
Let’s take things to a deeper level, shall we?
A spring palette doesn’t necessarily have to be all sunshine and rainbows, there’s definitely room for a moody moment and wine is our favourite shade to mull over. Silky, smooth and down right intoxicating, the Tatiana Active Tokio Set in rich wine is the strong shade flooding the studios lately. With a matte finish blended with gold hardware details, we’ll be drinking up this set all night long.
Emerald
Let’s take things to a deeper level, shall we?
Let’s be real — we could go outside, touch some grass, and reconnect with nature... or we could slip into emerald green and feel just as refreshed in the studio. One trend that’s bloomed right through winter and into spring? Velvet green. Who’d have thought this once assumed Christmas classic was set to slay the springtime scene. Expect to see a few jewels glinting in the sun these next few months with Emerald sets like Lunalae’s Lana and CXIX Classique taking centre stage. Looks like green is here to grow.
It's crazy what a bit of sunshine can do for your mood and the same goes with colour. Just a splash of a trending shade can breathe new life into your pole wardrobe. Whether it's a rainbow garter, some coloured sheer mesh or a pair of pretty n pink pasties, a bright set or accessory goes a hella long way. Life's too short to not flirt with colour now and then. So, go on, give in.
