YES! You must try your polewear on with briefs or panties on underneath. For hygeine purposes, we cannot accept return items that have been tried on without underwear.

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Klarna (UK only).

If you have any issues with your order please contact us before opening a PayPal case or chargeback as this can delay your refund by up to 90 days.

Order placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you find yourself with an unwanted product, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your Pole Junkie order to initiate a return.

Make sure it's returned in its original condition. When trying on shorts, please wear underwear underneath. Please ensure return items are free of any marks from makeup, fake tan, or deodorant. Marked or damaged items will not be refunded.

Just a heads-up, you'll need to cover the cost of return postage yourself.
